What steps do I have to follow to make an online purchase or book a part?

 

The process is simple. To make a purchase through the website www.uneconcept.com/shop you must select the piece you want and its size, once selected, add it to the shopping cart. If you have finished selecting the pieces you want, press "checkout" and complete the necessary data to process the purchase.

If you wish to reserve a personalised piece which is NOT purchased through the website, you can write an email to info@uneconcept.com or a direct message on Instagram to @uneconcept, indicating the garment you wish to personalise. If you wish, you can also request an appointment to discuss your custom creation in the Booking section. As it is a unique and exclusive piece, direct contact is necessary to achieve an optimal result.

How can I know if my order has been registered correctly?

 

After making your purchase you will receive an email with the order confirmation. You can also contact us at any time to find out the status of your order.

Once I have received my order, can I return or exchange it?

As they are personalized pieces, both the paintings and the garments cannot be returned or changed in size. Each and every piece is created for that specific customer, therefore, we cannot carry out this action. In the event that the garment does not fit the customer in terms of size, the customer will be solely responsible.

For personalized garments, do I have to deliver the garment myself?
 

You have two options in this case. You can choose the garment yourself and we will schedule a pick-up at the address you indicate, once the artwork is created, we will send it back to the shipping address provided. As a second option, we can be the ones in charge of acquiring the garment, always taking into account the personal taste and style of the client, among other factors; in this case, the client will only have to wait to receive his creation.

Is the paint used resistant?

 

The paint we use to create the works in Unë is permanent and resists hundreds of washes.

When will I receive my order?

 

The works are created in a maximum of 15 working days. On the other hand, the delivery time for Spain and Islands is 24/48h and for international shipments, it is 5/12 working days. Currently, we only ship within Europe.

Can I track my order?

 

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number of your order by post and if you wish, we can keep you informed of the status of your order at all times if you contact us.
